That's why we offer a 7-day free trial followed by a 7-day refund window after your first charge — giving you a full 14 days to evaluate our service before committing.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
Start with our 7-day free trial to explore all features with no commitment. During the trial:
- Full access to all Pro features
- No charge during the trial period
- Cancel anytime before Day 8 and you won't be charged
- No penalty or obligation if you decide not to continue
*Payment method required at signup to prevent abuse, but you won't be charged until Day 8.
3. 7-Day Refund Window
After your free trial ends and your first payment is processed (Day 8), you have an additional 7 days to request a full refund if you're not satisfied. This applies to:
- Monthly Pro subscriptions (within 7 days of first charge)
- Annual Pro subscriptions (within 7 days of first charge)
4. Eligibility for Refunds

- First-time subscribers within 7 days of their first charge
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service significantly not as described
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window (more than 7 days after first charge)
- Subscription renewals (second month onwards)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Requests from users who have previously received a refund
- Partial month refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your 7-day refund window, please follow these steps:

- Include Details: Provide your account email and the reason for your refund request
- Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. We'll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- During free trial: No charge, immediate cancellation
- During 7-day refund window: Full refund available upon request
- After refund window: Access continues until end of billing period, no refund
- You won't be charged for future billing periods
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
8. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of your first charge (after the free trial). After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future renewals. We recommend trying our monthly plan first if you're unsure about committing to an annual subscription.
