Our Service provides guidance and suggestions but does not guarantee ad approval on any platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR ANALYSIS WILL RESULT IN AD APPROVAL ON ANY PLATFORM. ADVERTISING PLATFORM POLICIES CHANGE FREQUENTLY, AND OUR ANALYSIS IS BASED ON PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FINAL AD APPROVAL DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY BY THE RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING PLATFORMS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSAFETYCHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
